BTD121Training is a private football coaching company based in Dublin, Ireland. We offer individual and specialised training programmes for players of any age and/or skill level. From our 6-year-old beginners, all the way through to full-time professionals, we provide high-tempo and challenging training sessions in an enjoyable learning environment.
We offer 1 to 1 training sessions for male or female players from the age of 6, up to adults. All sessions are tailored to the client's needs and are position specific – defender, midfielder, or attacker. And all are underpinned by our experience and structured approach.
A pre-programme discussion ensures we're focused on what the client wants. On-going sessions are shaped by feedback, an understanding of current performance at their club, and our own professional insight – evaluating strengths and weaknesses as we progress. We believe this complete picture of a player ensures maximum results.
Equally important, we believe 1 to 1 sessions are massive for confidence building and it's something we pay close attention to. For all players, in any sport, self-belief is a key driver of performance and needs to be carefully nutured.
We offer group sessions 6 days a week for male and female players from 6 years to adult. Sessions can be gender specific or mixed if preferred.
Our group sessions are designed around different development programmes to suit specific ages such as ball mastery – essential for every player including goalkeepers in the modern game.
Then progressing those skills from un-opposed to opposed drills – 1v1, 2v1, and match scenarios. All the while ensuring to develop tactical awareness, an understanding of transitions, phases of play and much more.
Be The Difference Elite Performance Camps are run during the school holidays – February mid-term, Easter Break, Summer holidays, October mid-term, and Christmas.
These camps offer a holistic approach to player development from ball skills, tactical awareness, and gym work – to welfare, nutrition, and mindset workshops.
Our camps often feature guest speakers from the professional game who share their own experience and pathway with the kids.
While the focus is on serious player development, our camps are seriously fun too – each session ends with a party game or mini-tournament.
Football is often described as 70% mental and 30% physical – so the right mindset is key to player development and match-winning moments. At BTD we run workshops to help clients understand mindset and arm them with the practical know-how they need to put that learning into practice. 10% of life is what happens to you and 90% is how you react to it. Football is no different.
Our mindset workshops are generally conducted as part of our Elite Performance Camps but get in touch to discuss any specific requirements.
At BTD, our parties cater for kids of all abilities, however children must be 6+ to attend. We arrange a variety of fun games to suit and our qualified coaches make it as enjoyable as possible for everyone on the day.
Kids can expect relay games, shoot-outs, 1v1s, ball mastery competitions, mini-World Cups to name a few.
Get in touch with us to learn more about how we can host a football themed party that your kids will talk about for weeks!
Training with Jack was top class, whatever I wanted to work on his advice was spot on in helping me achieve and develop my skills going forward. I have learned a lot which will give me the ability to implement these things into my game.
