BTD121Training – Terms & Conditions (Training Sessions)

1. Purchase of Training Sessions
All training sessions purchased through BTD121Training are considered final at the point of sale.

2. No Refund Policy
BTD121Training operates a strict no-refund policy. Once a training session or package has been purchased, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances, including non-attendance or change of personal circumstances.

3. Transfer of Credit
While refunds are not permitted, clients may transfer the value of their purchased training session(s) to an alternative service offered by BTD121Training. This transfer must be requested within 4 weeks (28 days) from the original date of purchase.

4. Transfer Conditions

• Transfers can only be applied to services of equal or lesser value.

• If the alternative service exceeds the original purchase value, the client must pay the difference.

• Transferred credit must be used within the same 4-week period from the original purchase date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Booking & Scheduling
All sessions are subject to availability. Clients are encouraged to book in advance to secure preferred dates and times.

6. Amendments by BTD121Training
BTD121Training reserves the right to modify or cancel sessions where necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will be offered an alternative date or the option to transfer their session credit in line with these terms.

7. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing any training session or service from BTD121Training, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
